Unfortunately, this won’t be your typical blog because blogging sucks. You have to consider keywords, consistency, blah and other kinds of blah. Ironically enough, the statement ‘this won’t be your typical blog’ is as generic as a blog intro can be. As a one man organization, I don’t have time for all the glitz and glamour that’s needed for a blog, but that’s not to say that keeping you updated is not in my best interest. Humans may not even read it, I’m cool with that. I take comfort in knowing that Google has spider crawlers or whatever the hell they’re called to let the Internets know that I’m still here, kicking it whilst working on the old craft. I’m also using the ‘journals’ for this section of the website because it’s a somewhat honest account of my challenges and goals. I love lying to myself so I’m saying ‘somewhat.’ Then, I’ll get to look back at all my failures and accomplishments as I share the details of my plans for world domination ’‘sans format.’ Hell, I may even leave speling mistakes just for the fun of it. The point of these journals is to tell myself that I’m a work in progress and things don’t have to be perfect right away, it’ll come eventually. We tend to be obsessive about expectations and when we fall short, it often prevents us from letting ourselves shine as brightly as we should be. But any glimmer is better than completely darkness.  This journal is my candle.
